These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the solar referral program, request for digital VIP reward passes, solar savings reports, and text messaging service provided by Ryan O'Brien, an independent Sunrun Field Sales Representative operating as SolarRyGuy ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive SMS messages, scanning our referral QR code passes, or submitting online forms, you agree to these Terms.
We provide customers and prospective clients with personalized $1,000 Client VIP Reward Passes, referral program updates, solar savings reports, installation progress, and consultation information. These materials may be delivered directly to your mobile phone via SMS or MMS messaging upon your request.
By requesting a digital VIP Pass, submitting an online form, scanning a physical consultation card, or providing your contact details, you give express consent to receive recurring automated transactional and promotional text messages at the telephone number provided.

The $1,000 VIP Reward Pass and referral terms are subject to Sunrun program eligibility, successful solar consultation, home qualification, and installation completion. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in writing.
